The visual system brought Lowe’s values of diversity, inclusivity, and opportunity to life through a warm, human-centered approach. Illustration played a key role in humanizing the employer brand, using a diverse range of characters and everyday scenarios to create a welcoming and relatable tone.
Designed to scale across internal and external communications, the system supported both employee engagement and recruitment, establishing a consistent and inviting employer brand presence.
